Attention All Gym and Dressing Room Users - Transfer of Virtual Card to New Phone

If you purchase a new phone you are now able to transfer your door access from current to new phone using the following process:

1) Before setting up your new phone open the STiD Mobile app on current phone - i.e.  screen with green and blue card
2) Double tap on the blue card and a new screen will open up and top right hand side of screen there will be a right arrow
3) Click on right arrow and then confirm transfer of card
4) You will be sent a new email to download the app and virtual card (blue card) to your registered email address
5) Using your new phone once set up, access the email from STiD Mobile, and download virtual card (blue card) using link in email and blue virtual card should download into the app on your new phone. Its important you only access the email from new phone.

Please note if you do not perform steps 1-3 prior to recycling your phone or discarding it your access will be cut and you will need to contact Club Sec to get access and there could be a delay in getting access again.
