Many thanks and well done to Flipeadóirí Longfoirt club members who made themselves available to attend a SG course at the club last week given so professionally by Ger Carberry. The course was coordinated by club SG officer Kathleen O Connell and participants, including from other clubs in the county, were welcomed by Co Board SG official Colm Harte. The SG course and Garda vetting are a requirement by law for coaches/mentors involved with teams that include underage players involved and is the standard that applies in GAA clubs. 
Flipeadóirí Longfoirt thanks all those who qualified and looks forward to seeing the coaches on the pitch in the new year.
